...out there that are trying to look for work but they can't because according to statistics, most roles out there are caucasian exclusive, even the ones like in Exodus: Gods and Kings where many roles were made for middle-eastern actors to find a role, but the only one that was of middle-eastern descent was ben Kingsley. They could've given the lead female role to an asian in aloha (because the character was half asian) but they gave it to Emma Stone, somebody who isn't remotely asian and has plenty of work cut out for her. It might not be racism in the traditional sense but there is something very wrong about it, given how hard it is for minorities to find roles even in 2015.
