Comic-Con is a treasured (and sometime downright sacred) experience for the fandom. And it isn't all about the movie updates and casting announcements, it's about the experience of being inside a community you love. It's about getting to mingle with the actors and people responsible for creating the pop culture most of us hold so dear to our hearts. The Flash himself, Ezra Miller, understands the importance of giving people in attendance a memorable experience, and he proved it by giving one fan a surprise kiss.
In a video shot by TMZ (link below), the fan and Miller are seen discussing whether #TheFlash could get drunk. After getting the crowd to answer a pretty nerdy question about the Scarlet Speedster's metabolism, Miller was asked by the fan how his breath smelled. Miller's response? He planted a smacker right on the fan.
You could argue that drunk or not, Miller was overstepping his bounds; luckily the fan looked like he was having the time of his life. Now, it's worth noting #EzraMiller isn't the first DCEU actor who's tried to make Comic-Con an extraordinary experience for admirers. In fact, most members of the Justice League have had some pretty Con-worthy moments:
Henry Cavill Channeled His Inner V For Vendetta
Some people complain about #ClarkKent's glasses not being a good-enough disguise to hide his Superman identity, so #HenryCavill had the perfect alternative. During San Diego Comic-Con 2016, the actor walked around the convention sporting a stylish Guy Fawkes mask. He greeted fans and took pictures with them without them knowing they were really hanging out with #Superman. Check out the video:
Hmm, hanging out with the Man of Steel without knowing he's the Man of Steel? I don't know about you, but I can't think of a better way to spend time with Superman.
Gal Gadot Comforted A Little Girl During A Signing Session
#GalGadot's proven to be the perfect #WonderWoman, both in front and behind the cameras, time and time again. She was a true warrior while shooting Diana's solo adventure pregnant, and she treats fans as lovingly as you'd expect the Amazonian Warrior to do so.
During #SDCC2017, we got yet another awesome display of her kindness. The actress sat down alongside her fellow Justice League cast members to sign autographs for people. Right then, a young girl approached her, crying. What follows is one of the most beautiful and adorable things we've seen from a superhero actor interacting with a fan:
Yep, without a doubt, that's Wonder Woman.
Jason Momoa Surfed Through The Crowd Like A True Man Of The People
As proven by Cavill and Gadot, there's probably no better way to spend time in a Comic-Con than to be with your favorite heroes. #JasonMomoa, who plays the unstoppable #Aquaman in the #DCEU, also understands this. During the Justice League panel in SDCC 2017, the actor approached the public and ran around high-fiving incredibly excited fans.
It's reported that the King of Atlantis had quite a warm welcome while doing that, and it's easy to see why. Stay, awesome, sir. As you can see, the #DC crew definitely knows how to make Comic-Con all about the fan's experience. Hopefully we get more goodness like this when Comic-Con 2018 rolls around.
Fortunately, we won't have to wait that long to see these actors performing awesome feats together, because #JusticeLeague hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
What did you think about these super heroic anecdotes? Which display of affection from actor to fan did you enjoy the most? Let me know in the comments!
