He may not be a free agent in the eyes of the UFC just yet, but that's not going to stop Georges St-Pierre from vetting a few of his options.
Just a couple days removed from his announcement that he had terminated his contract with the UFC, it appears that "Rush" is already pursuing options abroad to determine where he might land next. While most would assume that Bellator or possibly ONE Championship would be the first stop on #GSP's world tour, the former welterweight champion was recently spotted with a face you might not recognize: #KSW founder and head honcho, Martin Lewandowski.
A photo of the St-Pierre and Lewandowski popped up on the latter's Instagram page last night, no doubt sending Scott Coker into a fit of blind rage and jealousy in the process.
"This photo should be titled: "fuck ye! Make it happened" wrote Lewandowski.
Though not exactly what you'd call a superpower in the MMA world, KSW has attracted such UFC veterans as Rousimar Palhares, Goran Reljić, James McSweeney and Maiquel Falcao for recent events, and boasts arguably the greatest non-UFC middleweight out there in Mamed Khalidov, as one of its biggest stars.
The Polish promotion has also been the primary stage for the late career resurgence of former World's Strongest Man-turned MMA fighter, Mariusz Pudzianowski, which of course begs the question:
