Last week we chatted with Chad George, who was one week shy of his EBI debut, about training on the road and preparing for multiple opponents.

Now, he is less than 24 hours from showtime.

He's finished training, and is focusing on his promotional duties.

George wrapped up his training at his gym California Mixed Martial Arts and headed straight to his EBI media scrums and fighter meetings.

George was required to do two days of media and regulations meetings. He had his official portraits, on camera interviews and rules meetings as well as weigh ins and meeting with various media.

In the midst of all the madness of promotions George was advised that his first opponent had dropped out of the match. He is now matched with first degree black belt Geoff Villareal of San Diego.

"Having a new opponent doesn't change anything," he said. "I'm still going out there with the same game plan." followed George for the last four week leading up to his July 16 match at EBI 7. EBI 7 can be viewed on UFC Fight Pass on Saturday night.
