A Simulated Cinematic Sensation!!
I know that #AssassinsCreed came out last month in 2016, and I finally saw it last night. So, I'm making this movie my first film of 2017. Did I like it? Do I agree with the critics? Is #AssassinsCreed the first movie to break the stigma of #VideoGame movies?
To me, HECK YEAH!!! I actually immensely enjoyed watching this. #AssassinsCreed is a fun movie!! Michael Fassbender is a badass. He looks awesome in the assassin robe. I got chills EVERY TIME he ran across rooftops and did the leap of faith! I just LOVED all of the fights! The wrist-blades were cool. I also enjoyed the use of the smoke bombs. The historical fiction was quite implausible, but that's fine. This isn't one of those movies where the aspects are SUPPOSED to be plausible. #AssassinsCreed in it of itself, is a guilty pleasure.
#AssassinsCreed to me, is an underrated film. I know critics are paid to give their opinions, and most of them despised this movie. Personally it's best to give something a chance to see if you disagree with the majority. In my opinion, #AssassinsCreed is the first step for #VideoGame movies to be watchable. So I have high hopes for #TombRaider. (But not too high. Come on guys, baby steps!)
I'm relatively new to the #AssassinsCreed franchise. I mean in 2015, I DID try to play Assassin's Creed: Unity. But honestly, that game was pretty glitchy so I sold it. However, I DID ask for Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection for Christmas. I opened it Christmas Day and I LOVE it!! (I've only played Assassin's Creed 2 so far.) With this in mind, I consider the #AssassinsCreed movie to be an excellent introduction for new fans of the franchise. This movie is the definition of a guilty pleasure. Not Oscar winning, but still immensely fun to see. So screw the critics! Go see #AssassinsCreed!
