Ok, so this has really been bothering me. In the film Titanic, old Rose mentions that she has never in her life spoken of Jack up until now, not even to her own husband. Doesn't this seem a little strange? Like to have a healthy, stable relationship, which it sounded like they had, you cannot hide enormous part of your life like that and just act like they never happened. In order to trust one another you need to lay everything out on the table. Rose didn't seem like one who would hide that from her own husband, who she loved and willingly married, when she spilled her whole life story to Jack within a few hours of knowing him. This just doesn't make sense and is very unfair to her husband in my opinion. I absolutely love this movie, but that part bugs me. Any thoughts?
