I first read the original post about the possibility of a connection between Whit Hertford's cynical volunteer boy, who gets a jarring history lesson from Alan Grant in Jurassic Park, and the hunky raptor trainer Owen Grady, brought to life by Chris Pratt in 2015's Jurassic World before I saw the latter on the big screen.
Based on his unrivaled respect for the animals in his care at the fully functional park, and disdain for Claire and company's tinkering, I believe it's entirely possible they could be the same person, despite Hertford's insistence to the contrary.
The facts about this possible
connection are still unclear,
but twenty plus years of fascination with raptors would certainly make Owen's grown up occupation that little boy's dream job.
