My most recent experience with sleep paralysis was I woke up because I felt my body go completely numb and start to tingle. I couldn't move and couldn't speak. I was looking around my room and saw nothing. It was basically an invisible presence I could hear it. Lurking around my room. Then it came at me with force and i felt whatever it was hit me in the face hard. This was not an accidental hit. It was definitely on purpose, I then felt this presence litteraly lay itself on top of my body. Slowly my air supply got weaker and weaker and it got harder to breathe. I remember all I was thinking was "wake up you need to wake up" move! Do something! To feel completely helpless like that was terrifying. Stuck in my own bed while something was physically abusing me. I was then able to thrash my head side to side I could feel it start to release me. Then all at once I gasped and sprung up quickly. Needless to say I didn't fully fall asleep again for the rest of the night.
